Martyn Paul

Martyn has worked in sales and marketing for over 30 years, with directorships in the automotive, timber, packaging and chemical industries. He has extensive corporate and business planning experience with particular focus on marketing strategy development and implementation. Commercially focused with a proven record in achieving sales targets, Martyn enjoys analysing new market opportunities and developing strategies to maximise sales and profitability. He is also experienced in initiating change management and growing businesses for further investment or sale.

Jane Paul

Jane is the Founding Partner of JPA, a CIM Chartered Marketer with over 30 years’ experience in both marketing and communications across a number of sectors. Her career started in the marketing departments of KPMG and BUPA, moving on to senior marketing roles in the education, health and professional service sectors. With a keen eye for design, branding and a flair for creative communications, Jane is passionate about what makes the customer tick and helping growing businesses embrace the power of well-targeted marketing.
